Leeds Becket University is a higher education institution that provides access to education for a wide range of learners. Leeds Beckett offers a range of undergraduate and post-graduate courses across four faculties – the Faculty of Arts, Environment & Technology, Faculty of Business & Law, Carnegie Faculty, and the Faculty of Health & Social Sciences. The Centre for Research in Events, Tourism and Hospitality within Faculty of Business & Law undertakes high quality multi- and inter-disciplinary on a range of matters relating to tourism and planned event with over 40 doctoral candidates. The centre’s research was ranked 2nd out of more than fifty universities in UK (REF2014). The School of Computing, Creative Technologies & Engineering within the Faculty of Arts, Environment & Technology conducts high quality research into applied data sciences, sensor data analytics, and cyber-security with 50+ doctoral candidates.
