T-connect is engaged in research and development of wireless applications on third generation platforms (UMTS/WLAN) for mobile communications services. T-connect is set up in AREA Science Park, in Trieste, one of the leading multi-sectoral Science Parks in Europe. The innovative value of the T-connect technical approach is represented by: Supporting customer in the acquisition of localisation data referred to their mobile’s users; Developing software solutions laying on a server that, elaborating localisation info, will allow mobile clients to get access to specific areas of available data banks limiting queries, data exchanges and therefore warranting high traffic saving; Developing software interfaces on client terminals for the correct usage of the services.
